SELF STORAGE SYSTEMS CORRIDOR SOFFIT
Another aesthetic self-storage component is corridor soffit, most commonly utilised in either a ground floor only
self storage set up or on the top mezzanine floor level. It is used mainly to cover areas of unsightly roof construction or to fix any electrics
to, but can also be employed as
an decorative cover.
Its construction is via purpose made "L" shaped channel, fixed back to back along the line of the
self storage partition corridors. The partitioning panels are then "sat" into each channel providing a roof effect.
Many clients prefer to have a gap at either edge of the soffit to enable easy electrical alterations in the future.
